Refund policy
RETURNS:
The return period is 14 days from the date the package is received. Returns can be made for all products that are returned in their original packaging and protections and in perfect condition.
Steps to follow to make the return:
- Send an email to contact@qosmicbrand.com indicating the order number and reason for the product return.
- Close the box/bag.
- The shipment must be made by mail or courier at the buyer's expense.
For the return to be valid, the package must be returned within the 14-day period, starting from the day the package was received.
The product must arrive in perfect condition, in the same conditions, and with the same original packaging and protections. If the order included any kind of complimentary product, it must also be returned; without it, the return will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the following cases:
- If the product is not in perfect condition.
- If the product packaging is not original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly to it is prohibited.
- When the product is opened without being able to prove that it has not been used.
- For personalized products or those exempt for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions legally provided for in Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27.
REFUND:
The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be carried out as soon as possible once we have received the product within the established period and in the same conditions as the purchase. Within a period of 5 to 10 business days.
Returns will always be made through the same method in which the product was purchased.
If you are interested in a different color or model, please follow the steps to return your item(s), and simply make a new purchase.
APPLICABLE JURISDICTION:
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in what is not expressly established. The PROVIDER and the CUSTOMER agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions to the courts and tribunals of the CUSTOMER's domicile.
COMPLAINTS:
Any complaint that the CUSTOMER deems appropriate will be addressed as soon as possible and can be made at the following contact addresses or through our form or by email to contact@qosmicbrand.com.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):
According to Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the CUSTOMER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts, through the intervention of a third party, called a Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between both parties. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. Link: Online Dispute Resolution
