How will you ensure the quality of your product?

We work with expert artisans who have years of experience crafting luxury goods for leading European brands. Each product is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our high quality standards. Before a design is approved, both the materials and the finished prototypes undergo demanding laboratory tests to guarantee that each piece will stand the test of time in optimal condition.

Do you offer any customization options for your pieces?

At the moment, we do not offer customization options, but it is something we may consider in the future. Please write to us through the Contact section and share the idea you have in mind so we can explore its feasibility for upcoming collections.

Does Qosmic offer discounts or sales?

The brand’s philosophy is to encourage conscious consumption, so traditional sales are not part of our plan.
